Stress is a force that strains or deforms resulting in mental and physical tension. How you respond to stress can either be distressing or growth producing. You can unconsciously resist the change or consciously move with it. Embodi-Teaching is a very simple way to disembody what you are holding in mind and body that is not natural. The “secret” is to begin in stillness with somatic awareness, on the Embodi-Cloud and then be moved from there, with the Embodi-Moves.
