Attending the Expo Thank you for your interest in attending the 2009 Conscious Life Expo. We have tried to develop a pricing structure to fit everyone’s budget. The following are some guidelines that will help in deciding which pricing plan is right for you. The Expo takes place at the LAX Hilton: 5711 West Century Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90045. Day Pass / General Admission. A Day Pass is required for entry to the Expo and all its events, free or paid except: Friday’s BrandU Business Symposium and the David Carradine Cosmic Rescue Team Concert and the Saturday night Reincarnation Concert. General Workshop Ticket. A General Workshop ticket is required for entry to the General Workshops. These workshops are distinguished from the Keynote Workshops and Special Events. The General Workshop price is $20 advance purchase and $25 at the door. And can be used for any of the 25 General Workshops Keynote Speaker Ticket. A Keynote Speaker Ticket is required to attend these Keynote events. The Keynote Speaker price is $35 advance purchase and $45 at the door. The Keynote events have limited seating so try to get your tickets ahead of time at the advance ticket price. The ticket will be speaker specific and can only be used for that event.
Special Event Ticket. The Special Event ticket, also event-specific, applies to a wide range of workshops and events, ranging in price from $10 (the Prophecy Panel) to $75 (Sunday’s Marianne Williamson & Zecharia Sitchin events.) Free Lectures and Free Special Events. These events are FREE with the Day Pass for that particular day. These events tend to be very busy with many of them at standing room only. Try to get there early. Post-Conference. These extended seminars and workshops take place on Monday, February 16, which happens to be President’s Day this year. It’s a full schedule with our keynote speakers giving us everything they’ve got. Silver Pass. This popular Combination Pass provides 3 Days of General Admission to the Expo for $35. You save $30 off the list price. Gold Pass. This Combination pass provides 3 Days of General Admission AND 3 General Workshops. Please note that these are for the General Workshops only and not for Keynote Speaker or Special Event admission. This price is $85. You save $55 Platinum Pass. This Combination pass is an all-access Pass for the weekend. However, it is does not apply to the Sunday Special Events presented by Marianne Williamson and Zecharia Sitchin, Dinner with George, or to the Post Conference seminars on Monday, the 16th. The price is $385. You save as much as $210. We encourage you to take your time and plan your weekend. See what you want to do, make a rough schedule, do the arithmetic and purchase the appropriate tickets. It might be a Gold Pass with 2 Keynote Speakers. Or it might be 6 General Workshop tickets and a Day Pass. You can always get tickets at the Expo if you need something extra at the last minute.
