The word Ayurveda in Sanskrit means science of life. The ancient practices of Ayurveda are designed to help us find and maintain a state of balance amidst the juggling act of everyday life. The demands of daily life can wear us down and circumstances always threaten to throw us out of alignment. Fortunately, through simple adjustments to our daily routine to support the ongoing process of living in balance with nature, we can cultivate health and well-being throughout our day and our life.
