You are invited to exhibit at the October Conscious Life Expo Conference & Expo, being held October 15th-17th, at the LAX Hilton.
The Exhibit Hall will occupy the International Ballroom only. The Pacific Ballroom is
designated as the Keynote Speaker Rooms. All Booths are 8’ x 8’ except the 700 series or as otherwise noted. With the main Speaker
Rooms directly across the Hall from the Exhibit Hall, we expect a lot of continuous movement directly into the Exhibit Hall.
We are distinguishing this event as an introduction of the "New Visionaries" in Health & Wellness, Longevity, Ancient Mystery, Prophecy, ETs, and Alternative Spirituality The marketing outreach will be similar to the February Expo, with advertising in the major print media, local and internet radio and City buses. We will direct mail the Program Guide to 50,000 addresses in southern California with another 30,000 placed in rack distribution. Also, there will be extensive networking, ticket giveaways, and eblasting to the in-house list of 18,000 subscribers as well as speaker and exhibitor eblasts. We will be listed on every “What to Do” website between San Diego and Santa Barbara.
