This panel will explore the impact and necessity of light for optimal health. From the established need for Vitamin D, a supplement our bodies make from sunshine, to the life saving, innovative research using Near-Infrared Light for pain relief. Near-Infrared light enhances the function of our mitochondrial cellular engines, which then increase the energy production that rapidly stimulates the body's ability to heal. This amazing technology is used in space for astronauts and by D.A.R.P.A. and Special Forces in fighting and training situations. We also discuss how healthy food generates biophoton light energy which is held in the cell for longer periods, providing more health benefits. When produce is as fresh as possible and free of chemicals, this biophoton energy has the maximum benefit.
